About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our team at Bras N Things Bathurst Store.

This is a part-time position at 21 hours per week.

  • You will lead by example, creating memorable and empowering customer connections.
  • You will assist in the training and development of your team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs.
  • You will manage high stock volumes and be happy to get your hands dirty when it comes to processing deliveries.
  • You will be a strong communicator and able to delegate tasks.
  • You will be self-motivated and able to multitask on the shop floor during quieter periods on your own.
  • You will collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required.
