Procurement Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, issuing, and tracking orders, as well as applying our purchasing strategy using ERP systems and related tools.

The role requires strong relationship management skills with internal teams and suppliers, as well as proficiency in commercial contracts and office applications.

We encourage applicants who possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and ethical approach.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Rydalmere.

About Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact between us and suppliers at the production site.
  • Manage the entire purchasing process, including creating, issuing, and tracking orders.
  • Apply our purchasing strategy using ERP systems and related tools.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Handle supplier quotations, evaluate offers, and place orders as needed.
  • Proactively manage shortages, delays, and non-conformances.
  • Promote continuous improvement and support the LEAN transformation approach.
