As a Principal Planner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our cities. You'll lead high-profile urban development projects, working closely with experts in planning, design, economics, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage career-defining appointments to deliver successful outcomes
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN INDUSTRY RELATIONSHIPS through organic growth and collaboration
  • Provide expert advice to clients across private and government authorities on urban development strategies
  • Foster positive working relationships with clients and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork
  • DELEGATE TASKS EFFECTIVELY, supervise work, and review progress to ensure projects are completed within scope and budget
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Planning or a related field
  • Possess 5-8 years of experience in urban planning with a focus on innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate a solution-focused mindset and ambition to create value for clients and the business
  • Have experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, industry, or renewable energy projects (desired)
