Spiritual care plays a vital role in supporting the wellbeing of our clients and their families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating initiatives that promote spiritual wellbeing and care.

This part-time position involves working closely with local teams to develop and implement strategies that integrate spiritual wellbeing and care. You will work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team, demonstrating flexibility and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will have mature spiritual formation, leadership, and theological reflection skills. They will also have highly developed interpersonal skills, understanding of person-centered care, and experience in spiritual care outside a faith community.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate alignment and commitment to our Mission, Vision, and Values. They will also possess qualifications in Spiritual Care, Chaplaincy or Theology, and a satisfactory National Crime Check.
