About the Role
  • You will utilize your expertise to assist individuals return to meaningful engagement in occupations, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
  • You will evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness, taking a holistic approach to care.
  • You will help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests, providing personalized guidance and support.
  • You will perform various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments, ensuring accurate and comprehensive results.
  • You will be responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client's progress toward their return to work goal, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You will engage with internal teams to facilitate the achievement of business objectives, driving collaboration and success.
