Program Leader

Early Years Talent seeks a seasoned Program Leader to join our 2-3 year old team at a state-of-the-art early learning centre in Sunbury.

This key leadership role demands passion, commitment, and high-quality program development. As a Program Leader, you will be responsible for creating and implementing programs tailored to the needs of young children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing programs aligned with the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Leading a team of educators and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive work environment
  • Building strong relationships with families and communicating effectively about their child's progress

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Child Services (or above), excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a minimum of two years experience in a similar role. They will also have a proven ability to provide high-quality, innovative programs and a calm, nurturing nature.
