">About the Role:
">As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in nurturing the growth and development of young children in a Montessori setting. You will work closely with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive development.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Develop strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a sense of community and cooperation.
">Implement the Montessori philosophy by designing and delivering educational programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.
">Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform program planning and evaluation.
">Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and healthy environment, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
">Communicate effectively with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress and engaging them in the learning process.
">Requirements:
">A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) is essential, as well as a current Working with Children Check.
">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.
">Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including the National Regulations, National Quality Standards, and the Early Years Learning Framework.
