About the Role

The NHVR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our transformation team and lead the transition of the end-to-end PBS business process update to an enhanced digital system in the NHVR portal.

As the Project and Change Manager, you will be responsible for delivering successful process uplift and embedding process transformation. You will work closely with a small project team, as well as cross-functional teams within the Data and Technology division.

About You
  • Proven track record in delivering digital transformation projects within a regulatory or similar environment.
  • Ability to identify, define, and manage project scope priorities.
  • Experience in project and change management leadership, including the ability to come up to speed with complex technical content and business requirements.
  • Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to meet priorities, competing deadlines, and use sound judgment in decision-making.
  • High-level interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • A customer-focused approach, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.
