Change Management Lead

This is a critical leadership role that will oversee change management activities across various projects and initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading change management efforts to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Leading change management activities for projects and initiatives aligned with the SSA Transformation Program.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects across SSA requiring fit for purpose and varying levels of change management advisory and specialist hands on support.
  • Identify, plan and implement change management requirements to support successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Program Managers, Sponsors and key stakeholders to develop and implement effective change management plans.
  • Develop and maintain detailed change artefacts, work plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of change initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g. Management, Organisational Development or Communications.
  • Hold a Change Management certification at practitioner level or higher (Prosci).
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience leading and managing digital change initiatives in complex organisation environments.
