Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional and personal care to patients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Conduct routine health checks, administer vaccinations, and perform venepuncture procedures as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to the development of care plans and ensuring seamless communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, best practices, and research findings, applying this knowledge to improve patient care.
- Registered Nurse (A) Level 1 with the NMC, holding a valid Personal Identification Number (PIN) and not subject to any restrictions of practice.
- Current, valid personal medical indemnity insurance.
- Minimum of one year's post-registration experience in a Band 5 or higher grade in a Primary Healthcare (PHC) setting within the last three years.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Anaphylaxis, Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), and Safeguarding Children and Young People and Vulnerable Adults Level 2 training.
- Certificates of training/qualification/update or proof of clinical competency from a previous employer or Line Manager who is a current and practicing GMC or NMC Registrant.
