Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Primary Healthcare setting
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver a comprehensive service
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (A) Level 1 nurse with the NMC
Current, valid personal medical indemnity insurance
Minimum of one year's post-registration current experience in a Band 5 or higher grade in a Primary Healthcare setting
In-date Basic Life Support (BLS) Anaphylaxis, Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), and Safeguarding Children and Young People and Vulnerable Adults Level 2 training
Certificates of training/qualification/update or proof of clinical competency from a previous employer or Line Manager who is a current and practicing GMC or NMC Registrant
