Senior Risk Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Consultant to join our team at RSM Australia. As a Senior Risk Consultant, you will be at the forefront of all client interactions and provide on-the-job training to junior members of the division.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct internal audit, control assurance, and risk management consulting engagements with multiple teams, including planning, execution, and scheduling staff.
- Assist in planning client deliverables, such as strategic internal audit plans and scope documents.
- Execute fieldwork and document findings, maintaining the audit file.
- Identify findings and issues, and assist in drafting client reports.
- Participate in business development activities and coordinate with other divisions.
- Address technical issues and prepare technical position papers.
- Develop team members and assist with management and coordination of the internal audit team.
- Relevant tertiary degree and/or qualification.
- 2-3 years of professional practice experience.
- Strong communication skills and client-centric focus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to utilize resources to optimize engagement outcomes through self-management.
- Knowledge and application of practice development skills.
