Multimedia Content Producer

- Coordinate and plan the filming and production of video content, including ideation, writing scripts, filming, editing, and obtaining internal signoffs.
- Work with external agencies on video content, including liaising on discovery calls, scripts, filming locations, and internal review process.
- Coordinate photography for member profiles in the digital magazine, including booking, briefing, and liaison with photographers.
- Write internal communications to promote each issue and proactively identify opportunities to promote the editorial content team and content internally.
- Monitor content performance and take steps to optimise and improve effectiveness.
- Tertiary qualification in video journalism and editing or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Ability to film, produce, and edit high-quality videos particularly for social media.
- Working knowledge of editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Demonstrated professional experience in coordinating and executing content strategies that support strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in working with internal resources and external suppliers to create engaging content that meets strategic objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow set processes.
