Production Specialist Role Overview

This is a dynamic and fast-paced production role that requires an individual with technical skills in video production, live event production, or photography.

The successful applicant will be part of a collaborative team where they will work on high-quality multimedia projects, manage the media library, and oversee bookings for the AFP Conference Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Production team's inbox and calendar, liaising with internal clients to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Oversee bookings and technical support for the AFP Conference Centre, including A/V setup, live streaming, and recording of presentations.
  • Maintain the AFP Production media library—cataloguing, sourcing, and managing video and photo assets.
  • Respond quickly to time-sensitive operational requests and prepare content for media and internal distribution.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship at the time of application.
  • Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and/or other video editing software.
  • Proficiency with organising and delivering Microsoft Teams live events.
  • Qualification/s in production/photography or related field.
  • Experience working in a creative studio.
  • Experience working with Digital Asset Management software.
