Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead cost management services across major infrastructure projects in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS, BOTH INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY.
  • DELIVER PRE- AND POST-CONTRACT QUANTITY SURVEYING SERVICES, INCLUDING ESTIMATES, PROCUREMENT, CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION, AND FINAL ACCOUNTS.
  • CONDUCT FEASIBILITY STUDIES AND PREPARE PROCUREMENT REPORTS TO SUPPORT STRATEGIC DECISION-MAKING.
  • DEVELOP AND PRESENT DETAILED COST PLANS, ENSURING ACCURACY AND ALIGNMENT WITH PROJECT GOALS.
  • MANAGE TENDER PROCESSES FROM PRE-QUALIFICATION TO CONTRACT COMPILATION, INCLUDING ANALYSIS AND REPORTING.
  • LEAD COST CHECKS, VALUATIONS, AND MONTHLY REPORTING ACROSS LARGE-SCALE PROJECTS, ENSURING TIMELY AND ACCURATE DELIVERY.
Requirements
  • DEGREE IN QUANTITY SURVEYING OR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT.
  • MINIMUM 5 YEARS IN COST MANAGEMENT/ESTIMATING, IDEALLY WITHIN A CONSULTANCY AND ACROSS INFRASTRUCTURE SECTORS.
  • CHAR TERED STATUS WITH AIQS, RICS, OR AN EQUIVALENT RECOGNIZED BODY IS PREFERRED.
  • EXPERIENCE IN AVIATION PROJECTS IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE, ALONGSIDE BROADER INFRASTRUCTURE EXPOSURE.
