About the Role
Konekt is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Darwin. As a Workplace Injury Prevention Professional, you will play a critical role in delivering rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
- Assist clients in identifying future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests
- Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic, or activities of daily living assessments
- Responsibly manage cases to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal
- Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives
