Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced coordinator to join our facilities team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving contractual and HSE compliance, tracking costs and budgeting, coordinating the On-site CMMS reporting tool, managing staff, contractors and tenants, and participating in HSE compliance efforts.

About the Role:
  • Drive contractual and HSE compliance ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Manage costs and track budget to ensure timely and efficient spending
  • Coordinate the On-site CMMS reporting tool to monitor contractually KPIs
  • Manage staff, contractor and tenant scheduling to meet customer requirements
  • Participate in driving HSE compliance and ensure safe, timely, efficient and professional work practices
Responsibilities:
  • Produce reports as requested for the site and provide insights/analysis from reports to the facilities team
  • Maintain site-specific documentation and quality assurance information
  • Manage sub-contractors and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure a sound understanding of HSE legislation and compliance
Requirements:
  • Tertiary or post-trade qualifications in business, facility management, accounting or a related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a highly complex operating environment
  • Strong management experience within a dynamic, high-pressure environment
  • Facility Management experience (preferred) and high-profile buildings (preferred)
  • Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information
  • Sub-contractor management
  • Sound understanding of HSE legislation and compliance
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervisor
