Job Title: Horticulturalist/ Landscaper

We are seeking a skilled Horticulturalist/Landscaper with a passion for garden maintenance and the latest practices in horticulture.

The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team to achieve outstanding results, take pride in their work, and commit to ongoing learning and development.

The role requires experience in:

  • Pruning and hedging
  • Plant grooming
  • Irrigation management and maintenance
  • Pest and disease identification and treatment
  • Tree and garden plant outs
  • Rooftop gardens and green wall management

The selected applicant will possess:

  • Demonstrated industry experience
  • Relevant horticultural qualifications
  • Management skills (preferred)
  • Garden tools and equipment competency (expected)
  • Modern day technology efficiency
  • Current Driver's License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and upskill
  • Ability to work unsupervised and in a team
  • Ability to keep up with the physical demands of the job
  • A willingness to complete a National Police Check
