Underground Mining Engineer Vacancy

We are seeking a highly skilled Underground Mining Engineer to join our team at the Duketon Gold Project in Western Australia.

The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and planning for all aspects of underground mining operations, ensuring effective execution of mine plans and schedules.

  • Contribute to UG engineering activities including mine design and ore reserves estimation
  • Develop rolling development and planning schedules and other relevant information as required
  • Communicate with the mining contractor, Shift Supervisor, crew and technical staff to develop and effectively execute mine plans and schedules

Key Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering
  • At least 3 years underground mining operational experience in an underground hard rock environment
  • Intermediate level Surpac / Deswik skills
  • Mine Rescue and first aid experience desirable
