Role Details:

Reporting to the Underground Supervisor, you will be responsible for the operation of underground haul trucks as directed in a safe, effective, and efficient manner to meet operational requirements.

This role is available on 8 days on, 6 days off,

7 nights on, 7 nights off

roster and is FIFO from Perth or DIDO from local surrounding communities.

About the role:

Ensure Zero Harm is achieved by actively identifying and reporting hazards using the site hazard reporting system

Attend all designated rostered days, arrive fit for work and punctually for shift start times

Work collaboratively with other team members

Demonstration of excellent housekeeping standards. Ensure awareness of location within the mine and radio calls are maintained to ensure a continual smooth truck cycle is maintained.

Attend all pre-starts and report all activities accurately to Pitram including loading location and nature of material

About you:

High commitment to safety in the workplace

Interest in commencing a career within the mining industry

Exposure to machinery and care of mobile mechanical equipment would be an asset

Valid WA C Class license (minimum requirement)

Apply First Aid ticket is desirable

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
