Community Service Trainer and Assessor

This is a Trainer and Assessor opportunity in Community Services.
The successful candidate will deliver training using comprehensive learning materials, providing support and feedback for successful completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering programs using comprehensive learning materials;
- Monitoring, marking, and conducting student assessments;
- Planning, reviewing, and improving training and assessment;
- Participating in assessment validation, moderation, and continuous improvement.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- A strong background in case management and/or community service industry;
- Experience in training, teaching, or lecturing is desirable;
- Relevant vocational qualification at the degree or diploma level;
- Minimum 3 years of industrial experience;
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher;
- Current Police Check and language literacy and numeracy level suitable for teaching.
