We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support the daily wellbeing of our residents.

About the Role
  • Assist with safe mobility and mealtime support for residents
  • Apply basic personal care, including moisturising and aid assistance
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, including room cleaning and laundry
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Support activities and engagement in day-to-day interests
  • Contribute to memory support units and general household duties
Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Warm, compassionate nature with excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn and contribute positively to a team
  • Understanding of aged care standards (desirable but not essential)
