Home Care Specialists

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to provide home-based care and support to older people in their communities.
About This Role- Deliver high-quality, person-centered care by building trust and relationships with clients to enable them to live independently at home.
- Provide personalized care tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
- Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Offer general home support and light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings as needed.
- Certificate III in Individual Support is highly regarded but not essential for this role.
- Exceptional communication skills, empathy for elderly individuals, and understanding of their needs.
- Patient, reliable, efficient, confident, and proactive approach to care.
- Personable, compassionate, and able to build meaningful relationships with clients.
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance.
- NDIS Worker Screening Test.
- Level 2 First Aid Certification.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residence or Right to Work in Australia.
