About the Role:
- Support senior ICU medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Provide consultative services for patients from other units or departments, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Contribute to the education and professional development of junior ICU medical staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- Australian residency with AHPRA registration or international medical graduation with a valid working visa and AHPRA registration.
- High standards of clinical practice and commitment to consumer-focused service delivery.
- Prior experience in ICU at a senior level (registrar or above) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexibly within the Public Health Services framework, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
