Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team at SS&C Advent. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Client Experience team and driving exceptional service delivery. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships, understanding clients' business processes and strategic goals, and tailoring support and partnership accordingly.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Client satisfaction metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Client Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring consistent, high-quality client servicing.
You will be an expert in transfer agency operations, with extensive experience in service delivery optimisation, streamlining processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
