About the RoleThe CRM & Martech Lead oversees the on-time, on-budget delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring marketing technology aligns with and supports organizational goals.
- End-to-end delivery management of CRM implementation & migration projects to Salesforce non-profit cloud, including all relevant tasks and deliverables.
- Core project management skills, including scheduling, delivery management, project governance and communication, contract and budget management, and risk oversight.
- Senior stakeholder engagement, including the executive team and board committees, to ensure timely updates on project progress and risks.
- Compliance with legislation, policies, and practices, particularly advocacy with excellence, information security, health and safety, child protection, prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse, security, sustainability, and equal employment opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage major CRM & martech projects, delivering high-quality results within specified timeframes.
- Oversee relevant project teams, ensuring effective governance and risk management.
- Ensure senior stakeholders are informed of project progress and risks.
