Education Professional for Diverse Learners

We are seeking a dedicated Education Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive learning environment that caters to the individual needs of students through evidence-informed best practice.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing lesson plans that tailor to the diverse requirements of students. This will involve close collaboration with students, their families, teacher aides, and other professionals to develop and deliver quality learning programs.
In this role, you will provide ongoing support and guidance to students to help them reach their full potential. You will also participate in regular meetings with the teaching team to discuss student progress and plan future goals.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you will require:
- Proven experience in education with a strong background in autism spectrum disorder
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
