Primary Diverse Learning Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher to join our vibrant learning community. You will play a vital role in fostering an inclusive and dynamic learning environment that inspires students to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills. They will also possess knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of the NCCD, Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA), and Disability Standards for Education 2005.

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and challenging learning environment. This will involve implementing fair and equitable behaviour management plans and engaging with our school community both within and beyond the classroom.

The successful candidate will also possess specialized or inclusive education qualifications and experience in supporting diverse learners from Years 5-12 within flexible, agile spaces.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of the NCCD, Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA), and Disability Standards for Education 2005.
  • Experience in creating personalized plans for students with a range of diverse needs.
  • Experience supporting diverse learners from Years 5-12 within flexible, agile spaces.

Qualifications:

  • Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation (Working with Children Check clearance).
