Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cardiovascular Therapeutic Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of medical strategies in cardiovascular medicine.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop key relationships with thought leaders in the field of cardiology
- Conduct scientific dialogue around current and emerging data through field visits, presentations, and discussions
- Actively profile the medical landscape and continuously update knowledge and expertise in disease management, patient treatment trends, unmet medical needs, clinical trials, and scientific activities
- Establish professional and corporate credibility with thought leaders by developing and implementing strategic engagement plans that incorporate their interests
- Support regional clinical operations including input on study feasibility, identification, and assessment of potential study sites, facilitate BMS and investigator activities, and conduct site visits to support patient recruitment and/or discussions as needed
- Provide recommendations and insights to Global Clinical Operations on study and site feasibilities within the therapeutic area based on knowledge of the field and through direct contacts with potential investigators

Requirements

- Medical doctor (physician), PharmD or PhD equivalent, or Science graduate with substantial and relevant pharmaceutical experience
- Experience working in cardiology strongly preferred
- Prior MSL experience preferred
- Working in a medical, scientific, and/or clinical research environment
