Communications Coordinator Role

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Developing internal and external communication collateral to support event production.
  • Managing our intranet, GB Engage, ensuring high-quality content and user experience.
  • Crafting compelling communications materials that align with our brand, key messages, and tone of voice.
  • Providing high-value support to Senior Vice Presidents and Communications Managers on internal campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the broader MARCOM team to offer communications advice and support on major projects.
  • Creating and managing content calendars for significant campaigns, working with other team members and stakeholders to generate unique content.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of communication campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary education in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working as part of a communications/marketing team.
  • Strong writing skills, able to adapt tone of voice confidently.
  • Responsive and open to feedback.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities effectively.
