Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5–9 developers through the full software development lifecycle, owning delivery of features that make a real difference for our customers and the business.">
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional peers to align on goals, set priorities, and deliver outcomes.">
  • Shape technical approaches, instill best practices for quality, testing, security, operations, and documentation.">
  • Coach engineers to transform complex business problems into elegant technical solutions, while supporting their professional growth.">
  • Foster a culture of resilience, reliability, and continuous improvement in systems and processes.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

At least 2 years experience managing remote engineering teams and scaling their impact.

">

Strong collaboration experience with Product Management to deliver meaningful results.

">

Deep knowledge of modern software development practices; from quality and security to operational robustness.

">

Experience with cloud-based architectures and contemporary engineering approaches.

">

Ability to balance immediate business needs with sustainable, long-term technical standards.
