Job Overview:

Seeking a seasoned Research and Development Manager to spearhead the development of innovative textile coatings and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership in research and development projects, collaborating with team members and project partners.
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments to advance Xefco's product offerings.
  • Manage team resources effectively, fostering a collaborative environment that drives results.
  • Assess project feasibility, recommend product innovations, and provide strategic guidance.
  • Communicate directly with customers, suppliers, and project partners as needed.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in textile materials, treatments, dyeing processes, and manufacturing processes.
  • Detailed knowledge of common testing methods and performance evaluation.
  • Proven track record in project management, team collaboration, and supplier relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to present innovations to stakeholders.
