Visual Merchandising Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the production, sourcing, and delivery of visual merchandising materials across multiple brands. This includes managing procurement and stock control, supervising production processes, coordinating freight logistics, and maintaining supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the accurate dispatch of seasonal signage and collateral to retail stores
  • Leading the output and workflow of the Creative Services team, managing multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Establishing clear processes and communication with internal stakeholders

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within fashion retail
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from concept through to completion
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing creative and/or production teams
