Agile Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Leading cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Implementing Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitoring and controlling project costs, schedule, and scope.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Agile project management, with a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement changes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP, Prince 2, or Certified ScrumMaster, are a plus.
