About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a strategic program manager, responsible for driving business outcomes through HR transformations and strategies. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of progressive M&A experience and a strong understanding of corporate strategy, business transformation, and M&A.

  • Support throughout the M&A lifecycle, including HR due diligence, organizational design, workforce integration, cultural alignment, managing communications, and change management efforts.
  • Project manage various elements of the integration phase, including onboarding.
  • Work closely with leadership to provide insights and recommendations on talent and organizational design, ensuring all phases of the M&A process go smoothly for employees.
  • Collaborate with leadership on change management efforts related to M&A and organizational transformation.
  • Create and implement talent retention, leadership transition, and communication strategies for acquired companies.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent, succession planning, and leadership readiness.
  • Drive initiatives to build a high-performance culture, ensuring employee engagement and alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Act as a liaison between the people M&A team and various other HR functions to ensure a smooth and successful integration period.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ years of progressive M&A experience.
  • Experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, and M&A, including HR due diligence and pre and post-merger integration.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Strong project management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities at once and deliver results.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR transformations and strategies, initiatives, and programs that support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to quickly build strong relationships across leadership teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and drive results with an iterative approach and willingness to scale programs aimed at driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to translate complex information into an accessible narrative.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with success in developing data-driven solutions to business challenges.
