
Training Administrator

We are a not-for-profit industry-based Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Group Training Organisation (GTO). Each year, we provide training to over 1,500 learners across our broad scope of services.
Position Overview
This role provides comprehensive administrative and data support to our training team. This includes scheduling learners in the Performance Hub, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of relevant systems, and supporting learner progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to our strategic direction through collaboration and consultation with stakeholders
- Model professional standards and ethics as a representative of our organisation
- Schedule learners for practical assessments in a timely and efficient manner
- Issue documentation to students, employers, and hosts as required
- Collaborate with teams to meet organisational goals and objectives
- Support training staff and generate reports as needed
- Upload digital learning content to our Learning Management System (LMS)
