We're Looking for a Talented Culinary Professional

At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to deliver exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting all foods according to standard recipes and providing a superior customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure food safety and hygiene of food preparation as outlined in the HACCP principles and local guidelines.
  • Prepare, produce, and present all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
  • Display eagerness to increase food knowledge and skills.
  • Minimize food wastage and provide an exceptional Guest experience.
  • Audit kitchen stock and grocery lines daily and order stock as required.

What You'll Bring
