Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Licensed Customs Broker to lead a team of Brokers, Classifiers and Customs Support staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workload and accuracy, ensuring compliance with government agencies, conducting internal audits and documentation management, maintaining professional relationships, assisting with tariff classifications and customs billing, developing and monitoring department KPIs, and preparing and submitting reports and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize team performance to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of customs transactions
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including government agencies and clients
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
