Job Title

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the operations of a dynamic team in Western Australia.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to ensure the effective running of our office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Employee lifecycle management, including recruitment, on-boarding/off-boarding, training and performance management
  • Daily liaison with IT partners and support staff
  • Marketing initiatives, including business promotions, agent marketing and digital marketing
  • Organizing staff events, including sales meetings, social functions and corporate events
  • Implementing new systems and technologies
  • Ongoing training for new staff and upskilling existing staff where required
  • Compliance with trust accounting regulations
The Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Triennial Certificate would be advantageous but not essential
  • Previous experience in an office management/operations role within the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Real Estate and Business Agents Act and relevant real estate legislations
  • Advanced problem solving skills and excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and time management
