Store Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Store Operations Manager to join our newest store opening in Busselton. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with a proven track record of achievement in retail management. You will lead from the front in terms of workplace health and safety, provide coaching and development opportunities to set your team up for success, and ensure that the operation of your store is managed effectively to deliver outstanding results.

You will work closely with senior leaders in our business and be involved in recruiting your team. The successful applicant will have a highly engaging and collaborative style to help drive a fun, positive and safe culture in store.

About You
  • Previous experience in a senior retail management role where you have led a large successful team (minimum 30+ team members)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Flexible availability across our span of hours
  • A strong understanding of various Retail Operations
  • Previous experience working to Key Performance Indicators and budgets
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated people leadership and safety management
