Operations Director Position

This is a senior leadership role that requires recent experience in an operational management position with substantial manufacturing leadership experience.
Key responsibilities include developing and controlling individual program budgets, liaising with factory managers to create smooth workflow and working environment, implementing a LEAN management system and improving current production and despatch schedules by improving systems.
The ideal candidate will have previous operations management experience within logistics, warehousing & manufacturing, strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
You will be responsible for the operations, production, logistics and warehousing, procurement, WHS and QA functions. The role involves conducting continual analysis and evaluation of strategic information, managing day-to-day operations and overseeing financial management, planning, systems and controls.
