Director of Community Engagement

A visionary leader is required to drive growth and development in a newly established centre in Morisset. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive environment where children's curiosity and confidence thrive.

This role involves:

  • Strategically driving occupancy levels through effective team leadership
  • Building strong relationships with families and the wider community
  • Cultivating a vibrant and engaging centre that promotes learning and exploration
Requirements:
  • Relevant diploma or degree (ACECQA approved)
  • Leadership experience in early childhood or long day care settings
  • In-depth knowledge of National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and regulatory requirements
  • A collaborative leadership style that prioritises people and fosters a culture of empathy and energy
  • Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, and Working with Children Check
