Entry-Level Drilling Role

This high-paying position offers the opportunity to develop a career in drilling operations.

The Offsider Traineeship provides valuable industry experience while working towards a Certificate II in Drilling Operations.

A physically demanding role requiring manual labour experience and adaptability to all weather conditions, with rosters available on 4:2 or 2:1 rotations.

Duties:
  • Mobilising the rig and handling core
  • Handling drilling rods and core tubes
  • Mixing drill fluid additives
  • Cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean work area
  • Assisting with equipment maintenance and repairs
Requirements
  • Flexibility in working various rosters
  • Heavy Rigid Licence (HR)
  • Ability to pass a stringent pre-employment medical and drug testing
  • Current Police Clearance, less than 3 months old
