This graduate program is designed for individuals looking to kick-start their career in February 2026, with a keen interest in all things property and consulting.

The Brisbane CBD-based program offers a comprehensive introduction to the world of real estate through a structured rotation system across various divisions.

Mentorship by senior members of the company will provide continuous support and feedback, helping you grow and learn while gaining hands-on experience.

A dedicated mentor will assist you in setting objectives and measuring your progress, allowing you to work towards reaching your career goals.

Regular technical workshops, business skill enhancement, and personal development opportunities are also available.

Connection to past and present graduates as well as access to the global network of offices and colleagues is also provided.

Upon completing the program, successful graduates may be offered a permanent position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Completed study in 2025 or graduated from University in the last 2 years.
  • A property-related degree will be viewed favourably, but candidates from all disciplines are welcome.
  • A strong desire to build a career in the property market and demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to network and build strong relationships across the business.
  • A positive can-do attitude, an inquisitive nature, and motivation to succeed.
  • Extracurricular activities or engagement with the property industry are desirable.
