Job Title: Associate to Judge - Legal Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate to Judge - Legal Expert. The successful candidate will have a strong background in law and excellent research and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and produce high-quality written work for a Judge.
• Carry out administrative functions in preparation for Court sittings.
• Attend in Court and act as a Judicial Support Officer.
• Provide support to the Judge and other court staff as required.

Requirements:

• Strong background in law, preferably with a tertiary qualification in Law.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Proficient in written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a family law environment.
