You will play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging vehicle sales journey. You will represent many brands and act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers from their first enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.
Your focus will be on delivering tailored solutions through exceptional service, expert product knowledge, and an ability to manage the end-to-end sales process with confidence. You will also be comfortable using digital tools and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is efficient, flexible, and memorable.

- Manage the complete sales process including test drives and paperwork
- Utilize digital platforms to maintain customer records and manage sales activity
