Shepparton Workshop Director

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team at Woollards Auto Body Works in Shepparton.

About the RoleThis permanent full-time position involves overseeing production management, ensuring targets are achieved, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
- Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Ensure the site is operating profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilizing the tools provided to understand site performance.
- Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
- Work Health and Safety (WHS): Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, all WHS policies and procedures are followed, and safety incidences/near misses are immediately reported and actioned.
Requirements:
- Trade Qualified Panel Beater or Spray Painter or similar role within Automotive
- Highly motivated and driven to exceed targets
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Appropriate Australian work rights
