About the Role:

As a Site Care Partner I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clinical trials by providing exceptional site care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Activating and qualifying assigned sites through effective implementation of Global Site and Study Operations (GSSO) strategies.
  • Supporting site selection activities by reviewing potential site lists and providing Pre-Trial Assessment (PTA) output.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to provide country/regional input for country outreach surveys and protocol feasibility assessments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain knowledge of assigned protocols and conduct study start-up activities at the site level, including PTA, coordination of site activation checklist items, Informed Consent Document (ICD) finalization, and Site Initiation Visit (SIV).

• Ensure all site initiation activity, including training, documentation, and system completion, to facilitate site activation.

• Support country-specific ICD review and deployment up to site activation and ensure follow-up activities' completion post-PTA and SIV to ensure site readiness for First Subject First Visit (FSFV).

• Partner with Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to ensure site monitoring readiness in anticipation of FSFV and establish and maintain relationships with site organizations and strategic partners.

• Provide study support on escalated site issues related to study delivery and ensure effective site recruitment planning and delivery, consistent with global and/or country plan and local targets.
