As a global leader in commercial property administration, we seek an experienced Property Services Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with established policies and client directives, and providing best-in-class customer service to clients, contractors, and visitors.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing general commercial property administration, including lease administration, invoice processing, arrears management, critical date management, and filing.
  • SUPPORTING THE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF CONTRACTS/CONTRACTORS.
  • Assisting with tenant liaison and requests.
  • Assisting with risk and compliance management.
  • Supporting the site team with new site initiatives, such as sustainability programs, events, tenant engagement, and other site initiatives.
  • Assisting with the management of JLL and client risk and compliance systems.
  • Assisting with budget preparation, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and quarterly reports.

We are seeking an individual with:

  • A proven track record of working in a high-volume commercial property environment.
  • Experience with technology-based systems to gain operational efficiencies.
  • A positive approach to meeting client and customer needs and investment ideals.
  • The ability to empathize with tenant needs and demonstrate proactive customer service.
  • An ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications are desirable.
