Civil Site Engineers

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill a Civil Site Engineer position. This role requires a strong understanding of infrastructure projects and the ability to contribute to their effective management in accordance with designated time, cost, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage infrastructure projects to meet time, cost, and quality objectives;
  • Monitor progress and report on any issues that may arise, implementing corrective action as needed;
  • Maintain project quality standards through consultation with clients and monitoring of project inputs;
  • Assist with budgeting, cash flow, and funding arrangements;
  • Contribute to project and resource scheduling;
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to legislative requirements, the Code of Conduct, and departmental human resource policies.

Mandatory Experience:

  • No less than 5 years of experience in civil roads infrastructure construction with any Australian State Government Road Authority;
  • Familiarity with AS2124 General Conditions of Contract and DTMR policies, standards, specifications & procedures;

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in delivering civil engineering projects, including road and bridge construction;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of road, bridge design, construction, maintenance, and materials principles;
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written, to establish working relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels;

A current open QLD/Australian driver's license is required. Applications from candidates only are welcome, without agency involvement.
